Platycerium ‘OMG’ is a striking staghorn fern prized for its bold, sculptural fronds with deep lobing and strong texture. It forms an eye-catching display as it matures, making it a standout collector plant well suited to mounting in bright, filtered light with good airflow.


Growing condition

Temperature: Ideal temperature range: 10°C – 30°C. Best grown in warm, stable conditions protected from frost.

Water: Use rainwater, distilled water, or RO water where possible. Keep mounting medium lightly moist, allowing it to dry slightly between waterings. Avoid prolonged dryness or waterlogging.

Light: Prefers bright, indirect light or filtered shade. Too much direct sun may damage fronds, while too little light can reduce growth and vigour.
