Shipping

We aim to ship out all the orders as soon as possible. However, please allow us 3 business days for handling of general orders. For plants orders (perishable orders), we only ship on Monday and Tuesday to avoid chance of being stuck in transit during weekends. 

All orders to be shipped by Australia Post and tracking will be provided unless otherwise arranged. All plant-orders to be shipped by Express Post. Non-plant orders to be shipped by Standard Post or Express Post with extra cost.

We are shipping within Australia only. We currently do not ship plants to NT, WA and TAS. 

Live Arrival guarantee

We are proud of the quality of our plants and we use good packing methods to minimise the chance of damage during transit. We guarantee the plants to arrive healthy and safely. If the plants arrive severely damaged or dead. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the plants and as much other information as possible. 

For the plants that are eligible for Live Arrival Guarantee cover, we will offer refund or replacement depending on availability.  

Please kindly note, live plants are living things just like us, we may have scars or flaws on skins. It is unlikely to find a visually perfect and flawless plant, some minor damages, marks or spots on the stems or leaves are completely normal and not considered as a quality issue. 

Pitcher N' Moss will not take responsibility for third parties that do not follow customer delivery instructions. Pitcher N' Moss will not be held liable for any damage (or deteriorating conditions) caused to your plant if it spends a prolonged period awaiting collection from a post office. 

 

Returns/refunds

Due to the nature of live plants, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

For non-plant items, we accept change of mind returns providing the items are at their original and sellable condition. We will process refund within 3 business days after we have received and checked the items for their conditions.The postage is non-refundable. We do not accept change of mind refund for any item that has been used. Buyers to pay the return postages.
