Q. Where do you post your plants to?
A. We currently post our plants to SA, VIC, NSW. and QLD. For non-plant products we send Australia wide.
Q. I live outside Australia, can I place an order?
A. Unfortunately, we currently do not send plants to outside of Australia.
Q. Can I cancel my order
A. Orders can be cancelled up to time of preparation.
Q. I have a PO Box – is that a problem?
A. Can deliver to PO Box but should check on expected delivery date to make sure that order can be collected. Tracking is available for all parcels sent.
Q.How long does delivery of my order take?
A. We usually send our non pland items within 3 business days. For plants that or perishable items, we ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid having parcels to sit in Australia Post warehouse over the weekend. With Express Post the delivery time is usually between 1 to 3 days depending on location. However, we have no control over the delivery handled by Australia Post.
Q. There was a problem when my order was delivered – what should I do?
A. If there is a problem with your order please notify us by email immediately. Please send photos if there is any damaged stock.
Q.Are my details private?
A. Yes absolutely. Your details are private and protected.
