Shipping policy

We ship plant orders on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid chance of being stuck in transit during weekends. The plant orders placed after Tuesdays will be sent on the following Monday. For non-plant orders we aim to ship ASAP, usually handling time is within 3 days.

All orders to be shipped by Australia Post and tracking will be provided unless otherwise arranged. All plant-orders to be shipped by Express Post. Non-plant orders to be shipped by Standard Post or Express Post with extra cost.
