Description
Nepenthes hamata x platychila BE-4043. The male parent is a seed-grown clone of the Gng. Tambusisi form of N. hamata, with Collection ID# 1093. The male parent is a seed-grown clone of N. platychila with Collection ID# 0377.
At the time of writing (Jan 2021), there are only juvenile plants, but we expect that the upper pitchers in particular should turn out to be really unusual and spectacular. It's with the upper pitchers in mind that BE chose to create this particular cross.
