Nepenthes hamata BE-3380
Nepenthes hamata BE-3380
Description
This is a wonderful species, with clawed peristome and is perhaps the most iconic species that can be grown by most people. It’s very difficult to do it justice with a written description, but photos say it all. This item is the Gng. Lumut form, which seems to be the easiest to grow of all forms of the species. The lower pitchers have dark purple striped pitcher bodies with deeply clawed, nearly black, peristomes. Upper pitchers are green with extremely long peristome claws.
