Description
Darlingtonia californica (Cobra Lily) is a unique species of carnivorous plant the northern mountains of California and the Oregon coast. They typically grow in bogs and seeps with cool running water and serpentine soils. Darlingtonia californica received its common name 'Cobra Lily' from the resemblance of its appearance of a cobra.
