Acclimation Guide
Plants can get stressed and shock during transition, and when they arrive at their new home with different condition to the one they previously had. Fortunately, the shock is only temporary, and proper acclimation technique wi’ll make the process shorter and milder.
We usually ship our small sized plants in pots so they usually experience minimal stress from shipping if they experience any.
They had been in the packaging and completed dark box with saturated humidity for days. Therefore, they can get shocked once they are out of the box and exposed to sudden light and lower humidity. It is very helpful to give them a few days of shade and high humidity then slowly Fill the pitchers with water may help them staying longer.
Usually potted plants experience minimum shocks if they experience any, especially for the hardy varieties. However, some plants can be more sensitive to change of light level, temperature and humidity. Yellowing and dropping of leaves that start from the oldest leaves can be a sign of stress to sudden light increase.
